the location was exceptionally nice - easy walk to everywhere we wanted to go. there was lots of food for breakfast, including cereals and eggs.

Wow, Asia Cha-Am Hotel is just perfect for sunbathing all day, with great views of the Gulf of Thailand. The beach is amazing and the pool is fantastic. Plus, the staff is sooo friendly and helpful. NOT.

The staff needs a lesson in politeness and cleanliness. Used coffee cups were left unwashed, and let's not even get started on their customer service skills.

The location of the hotel is superb, right next to the sea. We enjoyed the relaxing sea view from our balcony. The pool at the entrance was great as well, providing a refreshing way to cool off. The hotel is also surrounded by local shops, making it convenient for shopping and exploring.

One specific situation that happened to us was that the hotel had a private pool, but unfortunately, there was no light inside the pool and the waterfall wasn't working. It was a bit disappointing, but considering the other amenities and the beautiful location, we could overlook this drawback.

The location of the hotel was quite good. It was centrally located in the heart of Cha-Am beach, making it convenient to access nearby attractions. The close proximity to the beach was a definite plus, as we could easily enjoy the beautiful views and take leisurely walks along the shore. the bed in the room was comfortable, allowing for a decent night's sleep amidst the disappointing aspects of our stay.

The room was not cleaned properly, with leftover wrappers and dust and hair under the curtains and bed. It seemed like the cleaning was only done in the areas that were visible.

The unspoiled beach provided a serene atmosphere, while the hotel's 8 meeting rooms were ideal for hosting events. The facilities were well-maintained and contributed to a successful seminar experience.

The only service that I missed for my work was a dedicated business center.
